FOUNDERS
Lucas Romao
Executive Director
With a Master's degree in Energy Engineering from France and a double degree in Environmental Engineering from UFRJ, he brings extensive expertise in guiding organizations through the challenges of climate change, energy transition, and biodiversity preservation. As co-founder and CEO of Yby Dinâmicas, he leads consulting and training initiatives focused on ecological transition, crafting mitigation and adaptation strategies aligned with the Paris Agreement. He also serves as a carbon specialist at Sweep and as the national coordinator of Climate Fresk in Brazil, where he drives awareness, decarbonization, and climate justice actions with both local and global impact.
Renata Moraes
Director of Operations
A pedagogue and master's student in Educational Science, Renata Moraes has extensive experience creating and facilitating participatory methodologies and innovative educational programs, such as the Climate Fresk, the Awakening Leadership for Interbeing Program, and Climate Journeys. For 32 years, she has dedicated herself to education and socio-environmental integration, aiming to inspire climate action and build a legacy of positive impact through educational initiatives. An Associate Consultant at the Brazil Climate Center, she has served as Manager of The Climate Reality Project Brazil since 2016.

Thalison Correa
Financial Director and
Director of Cooperative Education
Thalison is an Indigenous member of the Tembé people, native to the Northern Region of Brazil. A trained Forestry Engineer and a Master's student in Educational Sciences, he specializes in Environmental Education and Sustainability, Distance Learning Management, Instructional Design, and E-learning Pedagogy. With over five years of experience in education, he currently serves as Program Coordinator at the Brazil branch of the Climate Reality Project, where he leads the planning, execution, and monitoring of initiatives. His work centers on advancing climate awareness and action, drawing on strong expertise in research, strategic planning, and the integration of digital technologies in education.
Marina Serpa
Consultora Associada
Mentor of the Southern Waste Pickers Network of Minas Gerais and the Parliamentary Front for Women Waste Pickers. She works at the intersection of circular economy, climate change, and integral ecology, with a focus on strategies for a just ecological transition.
She is an Advanced Facilitator, Instructor, and Strategic Communications Advisor for Climate Fresk Brazil (Mural do Clima), a Climate Leader with The Climate Reality Project, and a Facilitator of the Laudato Si’ Movement.
She holds specializations in Strategic Human Resources Management and Cultural Management, and is currently pursuing a MicroMasters in Economics and Policies for a Circular Bioeconomy at Wageningen University & Research (Netherlands).

CLIMATE FRESK
Originating in France, this collaborative and playful workshop raises awareness about climate change. Based on the IPCC reports, participants create a collective mural, exploring the causes, consequences, and importance of individual and collective actions to mitigate the climate crisis.
Facilitator Training
Training for those who want to replicate the Climate Mural across their networks. The training deepens scientific concepts and develops skills to lead engaging and impactful workshops, strengthening systemic understanding of the climate crisis and encouraging action within their professional and community environments.
