Lucas Romao
Executive Director
Environmental Engineer graduated from UFRJ and holder of a Master’s degree in Energy Engineering in France, Lucas works at the intersection of climate strategy, education, and mobilization for the ecological transition. He is co-founder and CEO of Yby Dinâmicas, a consultancy specialized in climate education, training, and sustainability strategies for public and private organizations. He also works as a carbon specialist at Sweep, supporting companies in emissions management and Net Zero strategies. As a facilitator and instructor of collaborative climate education methodologies, he contributed to the development of Climate Fresk in Brazil, promoting awareness, mobilization, and climate action within companies, institutions, and communities.
Renata Moraes
Director of Operations
Co-founder of Yby Dinâmicas and Associate Consultant at Centro Brasil no Clima, where she worked for 10 years as Regional Manager of The Climate Reality Project Brazil, Renata Moraes is an educator, Master’s student in Education Sciences, and specialist in socio-environmental project management, environmental education, and climate education. She is a facilitator and creator of methodologies focused on transformation and human development, certified in tools such as Biodiversity Fresk, Construction Fresk, and 2 Tonnes. As a Climate Fresk trainer, she has facilitated more than 120 workshops, raised awareness among over 2,800 people, and trained more than 200 facilitators. She also co-created Jornadas pelo Clima, finalist of the Banco do Brasil Social Technology Award 2021.

Thalison is Indigenous from the Tembé people, originally from Northern Brazil. He is a Forest Engineer with a Master’s degree in Education Sciences and specializations in Environmental Education and Sustainability, Distance Education Management, Instructional Design, E-learning Pedagogy, and an MBA in Project Management and Agile Methodologies. With more than five years of experience in the education field, he serves as Regional Manager at The Climate Reality Project Brazil, leading the planning, execution, and monitoring of the organization’s programs. His work focuses on promoting climate awareness and action, combining solid expertise in research, planning, and the use of digital technologies.
Marina Serpa
Consultora Associada
Mentor of the Southern Waste Pickers Network of Minas Gerais and the Parliamentary Front for Women Waste Pickers. She works at the intersection of circular economy, climate change, and integral ecology, with a focus on strategies for a just ecological transition.
She is an Advanced Facilitator, Instructor, and Strategic Communications Advisor for Climate Fresk Brazil (Mural do Clima), a Climate Leader with The Climate Reality Project, and a Facilitator of the Laudato Si’ Movement.
She holds specializations in Strategic Human Resources Management and Cultural Management, and is currently pursuing a MicroMasters in Economics and Policies for a Circular Bioeconomy at Wageningen University & Research (Netherlands).

CLIMATE FRESK
Originating in France, this collaborative and playful workshop raises awareness about climate change. Based on the IPCC reports, participants create a collective mural, exploring the causes, consequences, and importance of individual and collective actions to mitigate the climate crisis.
Facilitator Training
Training for those who want to replicate the Climate Mural across their networks. The training deepens scientific concepts and develops skills to lead engaging and impactful workshops, strengthening systemic understanding of the climate crisis and encouraging action within their professional and community environments.

This immersive workshop invites participants to explore the future and challenges of limiting global warming as a team, aiming to achieve a carbon footprint of 2 tons per person by 2050. The dynamic allows participants to discover the individual and collective dimensions of the transition to a low-carbon society, designing scenarios and identifying each person's role in this journey aligned with the Paris Agreement.

The 2 Tonnes facilitation training prepares you to guide teams in exploring low-carbon scenarios and achieving a carbon footprint of 2 tons per person by 2050.
